Catherine Van Wonterghem
Catherine is a partner and an integral part of Kronos Group’s team since 2011, the year of our inception. She drives our partnerships, projects, our mission and vision, and our process improvements. She has acquired considerable experience (Matis Benelux, Batenborch International) in client management, development, and diplomacy throughout her career.
A partner at Kronos Group since 2013, Benoit has held a variety of roles as a business and finance partner as well as a project leader (GSK, Shell, Solvay Brussels School, Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi). His specialisation spans value creation and advisory to PMO and people development and today, he drives incredible value to firms in every industry.
Our Head of Procurement Practice, Grégory, has been part of Kronos Group’s team since 2015. The roles he has held over his illustrious career (Hamon Thermal Europe, Toyota Motor Europe, ACV Manufacturing) have honed his expertise in procurement, purchasing, and sales operations and the best practices through which this function can be optimised.
Aimé is Kronos Group’s Head of Project Management Practice and has been part of the team since 2013, joining us as a consultant. His experience (Virtual Eye Promotion, BNP Paribas Fortis) leading projects in high-stakes industries—including energy and pharmaceuticals—has enhanced his skill in finance and in unlocking optimisation across every project.
Our Head of Business: Digitalisation, Erika, has been transforming our operations since 2020. Over her career spanning 20+ years, she has extensive experience (Ernst & Young, Laboratoires Fornet, Daiichi Sankyo, Robert Walters, BearingPoint Consulting, Steria Group, ACXIAS, Numen, PwC France) in finance, purchasing, controlling, and sales.
A part of Kronos Group’s team since 2018, Julie is a leader who has honed her specialisation in business transformation and utilised her expansive financial expertise to power business strategy and add value to what we do. She has amassed experience (Pfizer, Sony, AXA, SMEC, Tradelink) all over the world in strategy, project management, analysis, and supply chain.
Stefanie has served as our Director: Head of Business since 2020 with nearly 25 years of experience in the industry (Recticel, Intys Consulting, Belgacom, Accenture, Ursa, Barco, Brady, Alpro, Procter & Gamble). Over her career, she has amassed a wealth of experience in procurement, purchasing, project management, and supply chain operations.
The Finance Manager at Kronos Group, Jean-Michel, has been a part of our team since 2017. His financial experience (European Marine consulting, Baxter International Inc., Dow Performance Silicones) over his career spanning over twenty years has led him from junior accountant to senior finance consultant and finally, finance manager.
Our team drives our success and Helga’s dedication as our Human Resources Manager since 2019 has played a major role in improving recruitment, development, and employee relations. Her experience (Erasmushogeschool Brussel, Gecotec, Centric Managed ICT Services Belgium, Manpower Professional Belgium, Adiutum) over her career has led to key outcomes for us.
