Being part of the KRONOS GROUP team has been the most educational professional experience of my career. This article is only available in French and English, and is available in French for more information. Through the number of trainings, one-to-one, and social events, I was able to build a network of mentors with years of experience in a wide variety of fields. This type of network is an important asset for any consultant, and one which has been established for a long time as a supply chain consultant.

A few months ago I was sitting in a classroom and today I am a consultant at Kronos Group on an assignment for a client in the banking sector.

My first contact with Kronos Group was during their presentation at the LSM, where I completed my Master’s Degree in Business Engineering with a specialisation in Supply Chain & Procurement.

The presentation focused on their collaboration with the university, where they offered a new program called ‘Strategic Sourcing & Procurement’, a specialisation I attended as a Master 2 student.

This program is unique as it is not offered anywhere else and it proved to be very essential for the next steps of my career.

To put the theory into practice, I completed my internship at Kronos as a consultant and I would like to thank Kronos Group for their trust during my internship.

Despite my young age and my lack of expertise, my mission with my first client was a real success, which was because of Kronos Group’s coaching and guidance.
